Navigating Tickets in the Cox Business MyAccount App

In the Cox Business MyAccount app, you can access, view, and edit open tickets that have been created for your Cox Business account. Refer to the following steps to sign into the Cox Business MyAccount app.

  1. Sign into the Cox Business MyAccount app using your User ID and Password.

    Note: If you do not have a MyAccount profile, you may register in the Cox Business MyAccount app or on the MyAccount Setup page.

  2. Enter your User ID and Password.
  3. From the Home screen in the My Support section, tap Ticket Summary.
