Learn How to Read Your Cox Bill
Cox Business wants to make it easy to understand the components of your bill. Let's look at the different parts of a typical Cox Business bill together.
Understanding Your Bill
Your billing information is organized simply and efficiently, so you can always feel confident that your statement reflects the services you received.
1. When Do I Receive My Bill?
All recurring services, like Internet, TV and Voice, are billed a month in advance.
Your first bill will generate within 24 hours of install and will appear in MyAccount. You can expect subsequent bills to come on a monthly cycle (every 30 days).
2. Bill Summary
Your Cox bill summarizes your previous balance, last payment and current amount due.
We also show you one-time charges, such as service installation, as well as taxes and fees.
3. New Charges
You can always find out what you currently owe by reviewing the "Total Due by [Date]" at the bottom of the Account Summary section.
4. Monthly Services Costs
The costs for your monthly services are listed separately, so you can see how much each line item costs.
5. Total Monthly Services Costs
The combined costs for your services, without taxes and one-time charges, are listed at the bottom of the Monthly Services breakdown.
Unless you change service options or tiers, this number should stay the same month over month.
6. One Time Charges and Credits
Charges that don't occur monthly are shown here. These include items such as installation fees, service calls or equipment-related charges.
Any credits applied to reduce your bill for this month will show here.
7. Taxes, Fees and Surcharges
Depending on your services, equipment and location, you may have a mix of fees. These fees are assigned by federal, state and local requirements.

View And Pay Your Bill Online
Setup auto payments and paperless billing below in Cox Business MyAccount.
In MyAccount and the MyAccount app, you have the ability to set up and manage automatic recurring payments to pay your bill automatically each month from a designated bank account or credit card.
With Cox Business paperless billing, your bill statement is available in MyAccount online or the app, including up to 18 months of past statements.
