Managing Cox Business Users Online

Manage your Cox Business user information, password, username, and ID recovery details for all account user roles using the following steps.
 

Profile Owners and Administrators can add new users, reset passwords, and modify user information by completing the following steps.

  1. Go to myaccount-business.cox.com, enter your User ID and Password, and then click Sign In.

    Note: If you have not created a MyAccount profile with a User ID and Password, see Setting Up Your MyAccount Profile.

  2. From the Main Menu icon, click Users and Accounts.

    Note: If the icon does not display, then click the arrow to view other available options.
