Signing In to MyAccount App


Follow the steps below to sign in to the Cox Business MyAccount mobile app.


Launch the Cox Business MyAccount app from your app store.

From the MyAccount sign in screen, enter your User ID and Password, and then tap Sign In.

If you have forgotten your password, complete the following steps to reset your password.

  1. From the Sign In screen, tap Forgot Password.

  2. From the Forgot Password screen, enter your email address in the Email field.
  3. Tap Submit.

Result: An email from Cox Business is sent to your email address containing a clickable link with instructions to reset your password. If you do not receive an email, see Trouble Signing in on the Cox Website.


Once you have completed the sign in, if you have multiple accounts in your profile, the Search for an account screen displays all of your accounts. Tap on the arrow for the applicable account that you want to access.

Result: The Home screen for the selected account displays.

Note: If you only have one account, your Home screen displays after you tap Sign In.
