Returning Your Cox Business Equipment


After a disconnect, upgrade, or downgrade of service, it is important to return Cox Business-owned equipment to avoid unreturned equipment charges.

The following items must be returned to avoid charges.

  • Digital receivers
  • Power cords or power supplies
  • Internet modems
  • Telephone modems
  • Remote controls
  • Phone equipment such as, switches or physical phones
  • Security, detection, and surveillance equipment

Technician Pickup Contact us to schedule a technician to pick up your equipment.
UPS Store For customers that are located near a UPS Store or have moved to an area not serviced by Cox, the Return Anywhere option offers the flexibility to return Cox equipment to any UPS store located within the United States.
