Setting up Hunting and Series Completion

Hunting and Series Completion facilitates routing customer calls to a team of users. It is available with
the VoiceManager Office and Anywhere packages, and IP Centrex service.

  1. Log in to https://myaccount.coxbusiness.com.
  2. On the MyAccount Sign In page, enter your User ID and Password, then click the Sign In button.
    1. Click Voice Settings.
       
      Click Voice Settings

    2. Click VoiceManager Tools.
    3. Select the Advanced Call Settings tab.
  3. Under the Team Calling section, click the Hunting and Series Completion link.
