Managing Auto Payments in MyAccount Online

Solution

Follow the steps below to set up automatic recurring payments using EasyPay.
 
Note: Prior to setting up EasyPay, you must have a method of payment entered on the Payment Method window. See Entering a Payment Method in MyAccount for more information.

Go to Myaccount.coxbusiness.com, enter your User ID and Password, and then click Sign In.
 

Note: If you have not created a MyAccount profile with a User ID and Password, see Setting Up Your MyAccount Profile.

In the Administrative Tools and Service Management section, click the Billing and Payments icon.

Do you have more than one account?

  • If no, then continue to the next step.
  • If yes, then from the Select an account drop-down menu, select the account to modify.

Click to toggle the Autopay switch to on.

Result: The Enroll in autopay - which statements? pop-up window displays.

Click to select the statement you are setting up for EasyPay and then click Continue.

Review the Payment Method section. Is the payment method you want to use for EasyPay listed?

  • If yes, then proceed to step 9.
  • If no, then continue to the next step.

Click the Add payment method link.
 

Result: The Add a Payment Method pop-up window displays.

From the Enroll in Autopay page, complete the following.
 

Important:

  • If there is an amount shown in the Amount Due Today field, this amount is taken immediately upon successful enrollment.
  • If there is no amount due today, the first automatic payment processes on the date shown in the Next Payment Date field.
  1. Click to select the listed payment method.
  2. Click the Terms and Conditions of Authorization and Disclosures link and read the details of auto payments.
  3. Click the box to check that you have read and agree to the auto payments.
  4. Click Turn on Autopay.

    ResultYou're enrolled in Autopay! message displays.
