Making Your Payment in the Cox Business MyAccount App

Solution

Follow these steps to make your payment in the Cox Business MyAccount app.

Sign in to the Cox Business MyAccount app using your User ID and Password.
 
Note: If you do not have a MyAccount profile, register on the MyAccount Setup page.

From the Home screen, tap Pay Bills.

The Billing screen displays the account number, total amount due, and due date. Tap Pay Bill to submit your payment.

From the Pay Now screen, complete the following actions.

  1. If you do not have a payment method set up, go to step 5.
  2. If your method of payment is listed, verify the source and amount, then tap Pay Now.

If your desired method of payment is not displayed, or you do not have a payment method on file, tap the text in the center of the screen to add a payment method.

From the Add Method screen, tap to select either the Credit/Debit Card or Bank Account.

From the Add Card or Add Account screen, complete the following steps.

  1. Enter your payment information.
  2. Tap Add Payment Method.

From the Pay Now screen, verify the source and amount, tap Pay Now.
