Managing Connected Devices

Solution

Use the steps below to manage connected devices.

From the Gateway Portal, click the Connected Devices tab.

Result: This section displays all the devices currently using your network, along with their network usage statistics.

Review the list of connected devices.

Choose how you want to manage your devices.

  • Block specific devices - Select the device you want to block and choose the Block option.
  • Limit connections to known devices - This option only allows devices you've previously approved to connect. You can find and enable this feature within the gateway's security settings.
