Managing Auto Payments in the Cox Business MyAccount App

Solution

Follow these steps to sign up for automatic payments or add a payment method in the Cox Business MyAccount app.

Sign in to the Cox Business MyAccount app using your User ID and Password.
 
Note: If you do not have a MyAccount profile, register on the MyAccount Setup page.

From the Home screen, tap Manage Auto Payments to manage your payment methods.

From the Manage Auto Payments screen, tap the toggle button to ON to sign up for auto payments. Tap Save.

From the Payment Method screen, if you already have payment methods set up, choose a payment method for your auto payment. Tap Save.

If your desired method of payment is not displayed, or you do not have a payment method on file, tap the plus icon next to Add Payment Method.

From the Add Method screen, tap to select a Credit/Debit Card or Bank Account.

From the Add Card or Add Account screen, complete the following steps.

  1. Enter your payment information.
  2. Tap Add Payment Method.

Complete the steps below to remove auto payments.

  1. From the Home screen, tap Manage Auto Payments.
  2. From the Manage Auto Payments screen, tap the toggle button to OFF to have the automatic payment method stop.
