Changing Your Cox PIN

Follow the steps below to change your Cox PIN.
 

You must be a Profile Owner (PO) to process these changes in MyAccount.
 

Note: Your Cox PIN is located on your monthly billing statement in the top right section above your service address. for more information, refer to Locating Your Cox PIN.

From the Authorization Settings tab, click the Cox PIN drop-down arrow.
 

Are you updating or changing the PIN display?

• If you are updating the PIN, then continue to the next step.
• If you are changing the PIN display then proceed to step 4.

In the Cox PIN section, enter your information in the following fields.

• Current Cox PIN - The four-digit code found on your current Cox statement
• New Cox PIN - A new four-digit code
• Confirm New Cox PIN - Re-enter the new four-digit code to confirm the number
  
  

The following are the requirements for the Cox PIN.

• Must consist of four numbers
• Cannot use repeating numbers, such as 3333 or 8888
• Cannot use 1234
• Cannot use the last four of the Social Security Number on the account

Refer to the following table to modify the Do not display Cox PIN on my bill click box.
 

Click Save.
