Accessing Your Security Solutions System Through MyAccount

This solution only applies to Cox Business Security Solutions customers within the following locations:

  • Florida
  • Louisiana
  • Macon
  • Kansas
  • Arizona
  • Oklahoma
  • Arkansas
  • Omaha
  • Las Vegas
  • Virginia

The MyAccount portal provides tools for you to manage your Cox Business account.

Complete the steps below to access Security Solutions through MyAccount.

From your web browser, navigate to Cox Business MyAccount to access Security Solutions.

On the MyAccount login page, enter your User ID, Password, and click, Sign In.

Note: If this is your first time logging in to MyAccount, enter the user ID and temporary password provided in the MyAccount welcome email.

Is this your first time logging into MyAccount?

  • If yes, then continue to the next step.
  • If no, then proceed to step 4.

Complete the following steps to log in and change your temporary password in MyAccount.

  1. On the Change Password page, in the New Password field, enter a new password that meets the following criteria.
    • Password must be between 8 and 24 characters
    • Must contain at least one number
    • May contain special characters
  2. In the Confirm New Password field, enter the newly created password.
  3. Click OK.

On the MyAccount home page, under the My Services sections, click the Security System Login icon.

Result: The Security Solutions subscriber portal home page displays.
