In Cox Business MyAccount, you can access and review all the tickets that have been created for your business. Follow the steps below to review your ticket history.
From the Tickets drop-down menu, click View Ticket History.
From the Ticket Summary window, you can use the sort options in the column header or use the search and filter options to look for a ticket. The search allows you to search by Ticket ID, Status, Service Type, or Date.
From the Ticket Summary window, click Generate Report.
From the Generate Report pop-up window, complete the following steps.
