View Online Ticket History in Cox Business MyAccount

Solution

In Cox Business MyAccount, you have the ability to access and review all of the tickets that have been created for your business. Follow the steps below to review your ticket history.

Click View Ticket History.

From the Ticket Summary window, select the tab for the type of ticket you want to review.

    • Open Tickets
    • Resolved Tickets
    • All Tickets
    • Ticket History

Complete the steps available for the ticket type you have selected. The actions available for each ticket type are outlined in the table below.
 

Ticket TypeActions Available
Open TicketsProvides a list of all open tickets
  1. Click on any row to access details of the ticket.
  2. Search tickets by Ticket ID
    This field has dynamic search capabilities, type in any portion of the Ticket ID and click Submit to find a specific ticket to review
  3. Sort with the following options
    • Ticket ID
    • Ticket Type
    • Service Name
    • Account Alias
    • Date Created
    • Date Resolved
    • Circuit ID
  4. Export the list of tickets
    1. Click the drop-down menu to select the Export File Format
    2. Select PDF, CSV, or XLS format
Resolved TicketsProvides a list of all resolved tickets
  1. Click on any row to access details of the ticket.
  2. Search tickets by Ticket ID
    This field has dynamic search capabilities, type in any portion of the Ticket ID and click Submit to find a specific ticket to review
  3. Sort with the following options
    • Ticket ID
    • Ticket Type
    • Service Name
    • Account Alias
    • Date Created
    • Date Resolved
    • Circuit ID
  4. Export the list of tickets
    1. Click the drop-down menu to select the Export File Format
    2. Select PDF, CSV, or XLS format
All TicketsProvides a list of all tickets

  1. Provide an Export Report of all tickets
    1. Enter the Date Range Begin and Date Range End
    2. Click the drop-down menu to select the Export File Format
    3. Select PDF, CSV, or XLS format

    This field has dynamic search capabilities, type in any portion of the Ticket ID and click Submit to find a specific ticket to review
