Enter 192.168.0.1 in your web browser to open the Cox Wireless Cable Voice Gateway portal.

If you have not accessed the page before, you are prompted to enter a username and password, but leave both fields blank and click Enter.

Click the Wireless link in the top toolbar and click the Radio tab.

Enter a custom network name in the Network Name field for 2.4GHz or 5GHz and click the Save button.

Click the Wireless link in the top toolbar and then click the Security tab.

Enter your Network Password in the corresponding field for the 2.4GHz or 5GHz network and then click the Save button.
