Managing Your Secret Question and Answer Online

Solution

You have the ability to designate a Secret Question and Answer for your authorized users to provide as validation when they contact Cox for support.
 

You must be a Profile Owner (PO) to process these changes in MyAccount.
 

Follow the steps below to create or update the Secret Question and Answer for your Cox Business account.

From the Authorization Settings tab, click the Secret Question and Answer drop-down arrow.

In the Secret Question and Answer section complete the following.

  1. In the Secret Question field, click on the drop-down arrow and select one of the secret questions provided.
  2. In the Secret Answer field, enter the answer to the question you have selected.

    Note: The answer is limited to 20 characters.

Click Save.
