Managing Another User's E911 Address in MyAccount

Solution

Use the following steps to update another user's 911 dispatchable location for a direct inward dial (DID) telephone number.

From the Manage Another User's E911 Address page, locate the DID to update.

Note: Use the search and filter by options as needed.

Next to the desired DID, in the Manage column, click Edit.

Complete the appropriate updates to the Current E911 Address, then click Continue.

Review the details, then click Save.

Result: The street location data is updated in the Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP), also known as the 911 operator, immediately.
