Editing User Roles and Permissions Online

Solution

Complete the following steps to update the user's roles and permissions.
 

You must be a Profile Owner or Administrator to process this change in MyAccount.

From the Account Security tab, click the Roles and Permissions drop-down arrow.

Click the drop-down arrow in the box under Role.

Select Profile Owner, Administrator, or End User.

Click Save.

Are you changing the user to an End User?

  • If no, then All steps are complete.
  • If yes, then click the Billing, TV, Internet, and Voice down arrows to assign applicable permissions for the user. The Users and Accounts permission is automatically turned off for End Users.

    Note: The permission options vary based on the services on the account.
