Creating a Group User for Multi-System Security Dashboard

To allow a user access to the panel locally on-site, create a new group user to add new user codes locally to the system. Group Users can be created using the Customer Portal in MyAccount or using the Cox Business Security Solutions app.

Note: Creating a group user code does not give the user remote access to the Customer Website and Customer app for the system.
