Follow the steps below to add a user and designate their permissions in MyAccount.
From the Users tab, click Add User.
From the Add Personal Info page, complete the following steps.
Field | Description |
---|---|
First Name | This name is for registration. It does not make either you or the person whose name is entered the primary billing or technical contact. |
Last Name | The last name used for registration. |
Username | This must be a valid email address. |
Alternate Email Address | A secondary email address for the user. |
Phone | The phone number for the user. Note: Click the box next to Mobile Number if the number provided is a mobile number and you agree to the clickable Terms. |
Cox Business Phone | The Cox Business phone number and extension if applicable. Note: Click the box to Send Voice Welcome Email to assign an available Cox Business phone number to the user. |
From the Add Roles and Permissions page, complete the following steps.
