Signing In to the Hulu App

Solution

Follow the steps below to sign in to the Hulu app.

Access the Hulu app on your Contour box. To learn more about how to access the app, refer to Accessing the Apps on a Contour Box.

Note: To quickly access the app using the Contour Voice Remote, press the mic button and say, "Hulu."

When the Hulu app opens, LOG IN is already highlighted. Using your Cox remote, press Select to begin the log in process.

At the Log in screen, two options are available: ACTIVATE ON A COMPUTER or LOG IN ON THIS DEVICE. Using the Cox remote, use the arrow buttons to highlight the option you want, then press Select.

Follow the steps in the table based on your choice to sign in.

Note: If you do not have a Hulu account, you must create an account at Hulu.com before continuing with this step.

If you chose...Then...
ACTIVATE ON A COMPUTERFollow the instructions on the screen.
  1. In a web browser, enter hulu.com/activate.
  2. Enter the email address and password that is associated with your Hulu account, then click LOG IN.
  3. Enter the activation code displayed on your TV in the website's field labeled Enter Device Code.
  4. Click Activate.

Using the Cox remote, enter the email address and password that is associated with your Hulu account, then select LOG IN.


Note: Billing is handled by Hulu and does not display on your Cox bill.
