Limited to Cox serviceable locations. Referrals and orders must be submitted by calling 855-780-2025 or filling out the Customer Referral form to be eligible for referral rewards. This Refer a Friend promotion (the “Program”) is open only to current residential Cox customers who are not members of another Cox referral program at the time of submitting the referral. Cox Communications employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to be Referring or Referred Customers, and Referring Customers may not refer themselves or their own accounts. All Referring Customers must obtain express permission from Referred Customers for Cox to contact the Referred Customer by phone or email to discuss Cox products and services. Prior to obtaining permission, Referring Customers must disclose to the Referred Customer that the Referring Customer will receive a benefit if the Referred Customers signs up. Referred Customer must be a new or existing Cox residential customer newly adding a Qualifying Service(s). Qualifying Services are Cox TV, Cox High Speed Internet, Cox Digital Telephone and Cox Homelife services. Transferring or moving of existing Cox services not eligible. Upgrades and re-subscription to services cancelled within the prior 30 days are not eligible. All referrals must be submitted prior to Referred Customer ordering services in order to receive the bill credit. Referring Customer will receive a one-time $25 bill credit for each new service installed by the Referred Customer, up to a maximum of $100, and Referred Customer will receive a one-time $25 bill credit for each new subscription to TV, Internet, Digital Telephone, and/or Homelife service, up to a maximum of $100. Referred Customer’s services must be installed within 30 days of the Cox receiving the Referral and the Customer’s account must remain in good standing (no outstanding balances) for 60 days. Credit will be applied after 90 days from installation date. Each Referring Customer may earn up to a maximum of $600 per year under this Refer a Friend program. All Program participants must maintain a qualifying Cox Communications account in good credit standing to receive applicable Program credits. Customers are required to enroll in the Refer to Cox program if they wish to continue earning future referral benefits once the maximum reward credit ($600) under Refer a Friend is obtained. Customers can enroll in Refer to Cox at www.coxpartnerreferrals.com Referral benefits are only available under one program for each referral. In the event more than one customer refers the same Referred Customer under any referral program, the first customer making the referral (as determined by Cox) will be deemed the Referring Customer under the appropriate program.
