For just $10/month per line, you'll get unlimited talk and text—plus data depending on your plan. - **World Plan** - Get calling from the US to most countries. - **Travel Day Pass** - Traveling outside North America? Stay connected in over 150 countries for as low as $5/day. --- ## Canada & Mexico Plan ### Details - Unlimited calling and messaging between the US, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands; and within Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. - Gig Unlimited customers get 4 GB/month with the option to purchase additional data. - Pay as you Gig get 1 GB/month with the option to purchase additional data. - $10 per month/line. ### Eligibility - International plans can only be added after buying a Cox Mobile line. - For now, you can only purchase or make changes to your international plan by using the chat function on the side of your screen or visiting a Cox Store. - You can purchase the Canada & Mexico Plan at the same time as setting up your Cox Mobile service. ### Billing and Support - Plans are billed in advance and prorated. Changes are effective immediately (same as your other Cox plans). - Your international calling plan will be ready to use on My Account. - Your plan will be displayed on your monthly bill like your other Cox Mobile features and services. --- ## World Plan ### Eligibility - International plans can only be added after buying a Cox Mobile line. - For now, you can only purchase or make changes to your international plan by using the chat function on the side of your screen or visiting a Cox Store. - You can purchase the Canada and Mexico Plan right away, but purchasing the World Plan requires a minimum of 45 days of continuous service (Mobile) and one successful in-full payment to your mobile service bill. ### Fraud Restrictions - Cox Mobile will block calls and messages to certain international countries. - You can change your plan up to two times per monthly billing cycle. ### Billing and Support - Plans are billed in advance and prorated. Changes are effective immediately (same as your other Cox plans). - Your international calling plan will be ready to use on My Account. - Your plan will be displayed on your monthly bill like your other Cox Mobile features and services. --- ## Travel Day Pass ### Eligibility - Travel Day Pass is auto-enabled after 45 days of continuous mobile service. - When you're traveling, you'll be prompted over text to opt-in to Travel Day Pass. Users must consent to SMS notifications. ### Billing and Support - Once enabled, billing is based on usage. You will be billed for each 24-hour period you talk/text or use data while abroad in supported countries. - After 24 hours, the next triggering event initiates another Travel Day Pass session. Your account will be billed for each 24-hour Travel Day Pass session that you activate by usage at a rate depending on the country you're in (prices exclude taxes, device and other fees and charges, which are subject to change. Other restrictions apply). - Your Travel Day Pass charge will be displayed on your monthly bill like your other Cox Mobile features and services. ### Available Countries Travel Day Pass is available in 150+ countries. ### Price, Usage Limits and Details We currently offer two tiers of Travel Day Pass servicing over 150 countries. After you've added Cox Mobile to your services, click "Let's Chat" on the side of your screen to get started and add your International Long Distance plan. You can also visit a Cox Store to get set up. ### How many countries are included in the World Plan? There are more than 240 countries included in the World Plan. ### Are there plans for calling Canada and Mexico? Yes. For $10/month, you can call and text into Canada and Mexico. You can also call, text, and use data services while traveling in Canada and Mexico, too. ### How do I add Travel Day Pass if I'm traveling outside of the U.S.? Travel Day Pass is auto-enabled after 45 days of continuous mobile service, including one billing cycle. When you do travel outside of North America, you'll be prompted over text to opt-in. You will only be charged for the days when you use your phone abroad. ### What about calling to Puerto Rico or US Territories? All Cox Mobile customers have the ability to call Puerto Rico and US territories as part of their plan at no additional cost. You will not need to talk to an agent to activate. ### Can I make calls back to the U.S. while visiting Puerto Rico/U.S. territories? While customers can call and text Puerto Rico and US territories as part of their domestic plans, any calls, texts or data usage while roaming in those territories will require a Canada & Mexico Plan. --- Pricing, packages and policies are subject to change.
