Tracking your usage
To view your monthly data usage meter, go to the Line Details screen in the Cox app or My Account. Plus, we’ll help you stay within your monthly limits by sending you emails and text notifications.
Changing your plan
Want to adjust your plan as your needs change? Just go to the Line Details screen in the Cox app or My Account to switch between Pay As You Gig and Gig Unlimited, anytime.

What data plans are available with Cox Mobile?
Flexible mobile data plan options designed to give you more control and save you money. Only pay for the data you need with Pay As You Gig for $15/GB, or switch to Gig Unlimited for $45/month if your needs change.*
What are my shipping options?
All devices will be shipped via 2-day shipping, free of charge to the customer. Orders must be placed by 3PM ET to receive 2-day shipping. If an order is placed on Saturday, Cox will automatically upgrade the order to "overnight" shipping and it will ship Monday.
Cox will require an in-person signature for all device and accessory shipments. Anyone in the household ages 18 and older is eligible to sign for deliveries.
Cox Mobile customers will only be allowed to ship devices and accessories to their service address.
What devices do you offer?
Cox Mobile is excited to offer a variety of the latest Samsung devices.
Can I bring my own phone?
No, not at this time.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
We will email you a tracking number once the shipment is generated.
Can I bring my own phone number?
Yes. We accept mobile and landline phone numbers from all U.S. carriers, so it's easy to transfer your number when you sign up.
I recently moved and had to cancel my Cox Internet service. Can I still keep my Cox Mobile lines?
Yes, for an additional fee of $20/month per line, you may keep your Cox Mobile service even if you can no longer maintain Cox Internet service due to a move to a new address that is not currently serviceable by Cox.
I have a Cox Voice home service. Can I replace my Cox Voice service with Cox Mobile service, but keep the same phone number?
Yes, you may keep your existing Cox Voice number and not have to get a new number for your Cox Mobile device.
I already have an existing line with Cox mobile, but I want to switch to a newer device. Is that allowed?
Yes, you can purchase a new device for an existing Cox Mobile line. If your previous device was on a payment plan, you may finance the new device against any open line of credit. Both devices will be on a payment plan with Citizens.‡
