How is Cox Complete Care (CCC) different from Cox Service Protection Plan (CSPP)?

Cox Complete Care (CCC) is a comprehensive support solution that covers a wide range of support needs, that goes beyond the scope of CSPP. Similar to CSPP, Cox Complete Care covers inside wiring repair for Cox Phone, Internet and TV service. However, in addition to wiring repair, CCC also includes advanced tech support, such as virus detection and removal, PC troubleshooting and clean-up, software configuration, and technology training and advice.

How is Cox Complete Care different from Cox Tech Solutions (CTS)?

Similar to CTS, Cox Complete Care covers a wide range of advanced tech support needs including PC troubleshooting and clean-up, virus detection and removal, software configuration, and technology advice and training. In addition to advanced tech support, Cox Complete Care also covers potential charges incurred from in-home appointments to resolve TV, Data and Phone service issues

I already subscribe to CTS or CSPP, can I upgrade to Cox Complete Care?

Yes, CTS and CSPP subscribers can upgrade to Cox Complete Care simply by adding the service online here. When you upgrade, CTS and/or CSPP will automatically be removed from your account.
