How is Cox Complete Care (CCC) different from Cox Service Protection Plan (CSPP)?

Cox Complete CareSM (CCC) is a comprehensive support solution that covers a wide range of support needs, that goes beyond the scope of CSPP. Similar to CSPP, Cox Complete CareSM covers inside wiring repair for Cox Phone, Internet and TV service. However, in addition to wiring repair, CCC also includes advanced tech support, such as virus detection and removal, PC troubleshooting and clean-up, software configuration, and technology training and advice.

I already subscribe to CSPP, can I upgrade to Cox Complete Care?

Yes, CSPP subscribers can upgrade to Cox Complete CareSM simply by adding the service online here. When you upgrade, CSPP will automatically be removed from your account.

I’m a Cox Complete Care subscriber and I’m having issues with my computer/connected devices, what number do I call for support?
