- Cox no longer sends a paper bill by mail or the "Your Cox Bill Statement is ready" email notification.
- You may still login to Cox.com or the Cox App to view a PDF bill statement.
- To receive notifications when your payments are due, contact your bank or financial institution directly.
Once an eBill is sent, it is treated just like a paper statement. Balances reflected are those at the time the eBill was delivered. If a payment is made, the payment is not reflected directly at your bank or financial institution.
