Manually Resetting the Homelife Video Doorbell

Remove the trim plate from the video doorbell and locate the Reset hole.

Insert a non-metallic pointed object, such as a toothpick, into the hole to press the Reset button, then immediately release the button.

Pressing and holding the pinhole button for over 10 seconds will factory reset your Video Doorbell and will require a technician to fix your device.
