Complete the following steps to file a claim through Asurion using the Cox Mobile Protection Plan.

Scroll down to the Protection Plan section.

Use the table below to determine next steps.

If the Cox Mobile Protection Plan is…Then…
 Available

To file a claim with Asurion, under Protection plan, click the File a claim button.

Notes:

  • To remove the Cox Mobile Protection Plan from a line, click Remove protection.
  • To learn more about the Cox Mobile Protection Plan, click Learn more.

Complete the following steps.

  1. Click Learn More.

    Cox Mobile Protection Plan not unavailable

    Result: The Protect Your Phone page displays.

  2. Click one of the following options.
    • Click See plan details to learn more about Cox Mobile device protection plans.
