Move or Transfer your Service
If you are moving, and would like to have Cox Services at your new location, follow the steps below to submit a new request.
Go to ww2.cox.com.
Under the My Account menu, select Move or Transfer Service.
Enter the following information on this form:
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Current Address
- New Address
Once your information has been submitted, a Cox Representative will contact you to complete your move.
Click the Submit button.
Note: A Cox representative will call you within two (2) business days to complete your request.
