Move or Transfer Your Cox Services

If you are moving or need to transfer your service within a Cox market, you can access the Move or Transfer Service form from Cox.com.
If you are moving and would like to have Cox Services at your new location, follow the steps below to submit a new request.
Go to www.cox.com.
Under the My Account menu, select Move or Transfer Service.
Enter the following information on this form, then click Submit.
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Current Address
- New Address
Once your information has been submitted, a Cox representative will call you within two business days to complete your request.
