It’s 1970s London, and one of the most notorious Disney villains is but an aspiring fashion designer. With plenty of punk-rock vibes and some puppies, of course, this hit is perfect for family movie night. Cruella is Grammy-nominated in the Best Compilation Soundtrack for Visual Media category.

In the Heights (HBO Max)

Bo Burnham: Inside (Netflix)

This hilarious comedy special is a real one-man-show. Written, directed, performed, filmed and edited all by Burnham himself, this musical journey perfectly and hysterically captures the everyday life of pandemic isolation. Burnham won the Emmy awards for Directing and Writing a Variety Special, along with the Emmy for Outstanding Music Direction for this special.

The Last Duel (Prime Video)

Ridley Scott’s star-studded epic film set in medieval France follows the events of a knight (Matt Damon) who challenges a squire (Adam Driver) to a duel. The film is unique as it’s presented in three chapters, each from the perspective of a different character. The National Board of Review selected The Last Duel as one of the 10 best films of 2021.
