From early childhood education and mentoring to cancer research and foster care, we know there are countless nonprofits in our area creating a better future for the next generation. If your nonprofit organization is doing good in the community and could use some extra funds to further your mission, apply for a Cox Charities grant by 11:59 pm on October 18, 2021.
There are many ways to have a positive impact in the community. At Cox, we believe that impact starts close to home. As a family-owned business with employees living and working in our local communities, we want to build a better future for the next generation. Cox Charities is one of the many ways our employees give back to their communities. It’s because of their donations that Cox Charities will award 18 grants at $5,000 each this year.
Grants will be awarded to organizations that are federally tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code with non-private foundation status or an equivalent government entity under section 170(c)(1) and benefiting people in Virginia, North Carolina, and the DC Metro Area.
