With the Contour app, you can watch TVGO channels anywhere. Here are a few ways to find them:

Live TV

1. Open the Contour app
2. Tap the three bars at the top left to open the menu
3. Tap TV Go Channels under Live TV
4. You’ll see all the networks that are available outside of your Cox Internet home network (based on your Cox TV plan)

On Demand

1. Open the Contour app
2. Tap the three bars at the top left to open the menu
3. Tap Browse
4. Tap the blue Filters button at the top left
5. Tap Available Out of Home (TV GO)
   
6. Tap Done to see which channels are available on the go

1. Tap the Search box on the Main Menu
2. Use the keyboard to type a movie, TV show or sports team
3. As you type, results will start appearing
4. Entering certain channel names will show channel collections (for example, if you search ESPN, you’ll see all available ESPN channels)
5. Channels that aren’t labeled TV GO aren’t available outside your house

Learn your way around On Demand on the Contour app. Don’t forget, you’ll only see the programs you’re subscribed to:
 

Find On Demand movies and TV shows

1. From the Main Menu, tap the kind of programming you’re looking for (TV, movies, networks and more)
2. Swipe left and right to browse, or use Search to find a show or movie

Sort On Demand listings

1. While browsing On Demand listings, tap the default option Popular in the upper-right-hand corner, next to the gallery and list view
2. Choose an option

1. While browsing On Demand listings, tap Filter to narrow results
2. Choose one or several of these filters:
   a.  Available for Download
   b.  Available Out of Home
   c.  High Definition
   d.  Closed Captioning
   e.  Secondary Audio (SAP)

Turn Closed Captions on/off
While you’re watching something, tap the screen to bring up the Control Bar, then tap CC to turn Closed Captions on or off. The CC button will turn blue when Closed Captioning is on. 

Turn Video Descriptions on/off
While watching something, tap the screen to bring up the Control Bar, then tap the speech bubble icon.

Pull up the Settings menu
On the Main Menu, just tap the Settings icon at the bottom right.

Turn SAP on/off and choose a SAP language

1. On the Settings menu, tap Accessibility
2. Tap SAP
   
3. Use the toggle switch to turn SAP on or off
4. When SAP is on, you’ll see the Language Selector
5. Tap a language
   

Create Parental Control PIN
On the Settings menu, tap Parental Controls. Then use the toggle switch to turn Parental
Controls on.

• If you haven’t set up Parental Controls, you’ll be asked to create and confirm a PIN
  
• If you have set up Parental Controls, you’ll need to type in that PIN to access the Parental Controls menu
  

Turn Safe Browse on/off or change Safe Browse settings

1. Tap Safe Browse on the Parental Controls menu
   
2. Tap the toggle switch to turn the feature on or off
