DAZN FAQs

Can you pause/rewind/DVR DAZN events?

Yes, customers can pause, rewind and fast forward events that they’re watching on DAZN. But they won’t be able to DVR events.

Yes. Since DAZN is a subscription service, customers must sign up and sign in to access the app.

Yes, DAZN content will stream at 1080p on devices that support HD.

Yes, the DAZN app supports closed captioning when it’s available. If the event has subtitles available, launch the event and in the player controls, click on Subtitles and select Language. At this time, not all events have closed captioning.

You can access DAZN using the Cox Voice Remote.
-Hold down the voice button on your Contour TV remote and say “DAZN”
OR
-Press Contour on the Cox remote. Using the arrow keys, highlight Apps and press Ok. From the Contour Applications menu, use the arrow key to highlight the DAZN app and press OK.

Contour TV is available only in Cox wired, serviceable, residential areas. High Speed Internet connection required for streaming with Contour App. Not all services and features available everywhere. Contour Stream Player cannot be combined with Cox TV or Contour TV services. Contour Stream Player requires 100 Mbps download Internet or higher and may require Panoramic Wifi with a Panoramic Gateway rental. 100 Mbps download internet is an additional service cost outside of the receiver rate. Contour Stream Play only allows the ability to access streaming apps, and On Demand content that can be purchased, rented, or subscribed to.  See Contour TV service details.
