There are many different ways you can pay your Cox bill.

Self Service

The following table provides self-service bill payment options.

You can pay...	Details
Online	Sign up for EasyPay, our automatic monthly bill payment service. See Paying Your Bill Online With EasyPay. Note: If you subscribe to Cox Mobile, EasyPay is a requirement. Make a one-time payment online from any computer or mobile device. See Making a One-Time Payment Online. Oliver, Cox's virtual agent, makes it easy to make a payment. To start a chat, from the Contact Us page, click the Let's chat button. Enter pay bill in the chat window and follow the prompts to pay your bill without having to log in to your Cox account.
Using the Cox App	Access your Cox account and make a payment from your smartphone, tablet, or other mobile device. See Making Your Payment in the Cox App. Note: You can also enroll in EasyPay, set up paperless billing, view your statement, make a one-time payment, or schedule a future payment.

Visit one of our convenient payment locations to make an in-person bill payment.

To find a Cox Retail store near you, click Find a Cox store from the Cox.com Contact Us. From the Find a Cox Store page, enter your city, ZIP code, or address and press Enter. You can also click browse our directory to view a list of all stores.

Note: Money orders are not accepted as a method of payment at Cox Retail stores.
To submit a cash payment outside of Cox Retail store hours, visit one of the following third-party locations.

  Note: Merchants at these locations may charge a fee to accept a payment, ranging from $1.50 to $3.49. Payments made at Western Union take 3-5 days to be applied to your account. Be sure to bring your bill statement or payment coupon.

The following table provides other bill payment options, including by mail and phone.

You can pay...	Details
By mail	Find the payment address for your location at the bottom of the Cox.com Contact Us page under Payment Mailing Address. Mail your payment in a standard envelope to the payment address listed. If you have a paper bill from Cox, detach the payment coupon from your billing statement. Send us the payment coupon, if available, along with a check or money order and include your account number.
By phone	From the Cox.com Contact Us page, click the See contact info link under Call Support to display contact information for your location. Automated voice prompts guide you through the process. You'll hear the balance due and can make a payment by entering a bank account or credit card number with our automated system. You can also make a payment with a Cox agent during regular business hours.
