Solution

From the Mailbox Settings, you can select from the following options.
 

PromptSub-Prompt
1 - Distribution List menu
  • 1 - Work with an existing distribution list
    • 1 - Add a member
    • 2 - Remove a member
    • 3 - Delete the distribution list
    • 4 - Hear all the members
    • 5 - Change the name
  • 2 - New distribution list

    Note: Enter a number for the distribution list, record a name, and add members one at a time.

  • 3 - Hear all existing distribution lists
2 - Attendant Call Coverage
  • 1 - Enter / edit phone number
  • 2 - Turn off Call Coverage
  • 3 - Restrict access to attendant outside business hours

Subscriber is notified if a number is already configured. If caller presses 0 when greeting is played, caller will be transferred to this number.
