Use the below steps to view the call history logs.
To exit from any TV Caller ID menu, press EXIT or Last on your remote control.

Solution
Call History is not cleared by rebooting the receiver and individual list items cannot be removed.

Press the up or down arrows to highlight Call Logs, then press SELECT.

Navigate the Call History List using Page + and Page -.
