View Activity Using the Mobile App

Solution

You are able to view the activity on your system, using the Cox Homelife mobile app. This feature also allows you to view a history of your Homelife activity.

Follow the steps below to view and filter activity.

Sign in to the Homelife mobile app.

On the Overview screen, tap the Activity menu.

On the Activity screen, to search by device, tap the Search bar and enter the device name in the search bar field.

To filter activities by alerts, device types, or system actions, complete the following actions.

  1. On the Activity screen, tap Filter in the top right corner.

  2. On the Activity Filters screen, tap the checkbox of the items you would like to filter by. Tap Apply to view the results.

To view activities for a specific date, complete the following actions.

  1. At the top of the Activity screen, tap the Calendar.
  2. On the pop-up calendar window, scroll to a specific date within the last 30 days. Tap CANCEL or SET.

  3. On the Calendar bar, tap the left arrow to view a past date.
