Using Voice Mail Personal Options

Call your voice mailbox number. If prompted, enter your PIN and press #. You will hear the following options:
| Press... | Option |
|---|---|
| 1 | Get Messages Menu |
| 2 | Send Messages Menu |
| 3 | Greetings Menu |
| 4 | Mailbox Settings |
| 6 | Handle Incoming Call Menu (Group or Multi-line Mailbox) |
| 7 | Outgoing Messages |
The following global keys can be used at any point throughout the voice mail menus.
| Global Keys | Function |
|---|---|
| *1 | Main menu |
| *2 | Previous menu |
| *3 | Erase an entry and re-enter |
| *4 | Change the language option |
| *5 | Log in to a mailbox |
| *8 | Make a call |
| *9 | Disconnect a call |
| 7 | Skip the mailbox greeting |
| 8 | Pause at any point in time |
