Using TV Caller ID With Contour

Solution


The following options are not available:

  • Changing the banner duration or position
  • Viewing the Call History Log

Follow the steps below to use the Cox Remote. All Contour Voice / TV Caller ID settings are specific to each receiver.

To exit from any TV Caller ID menu, change the channel or press the LAST button on your remote.

Press the CONTOUR button on your Cox remote to access the Main Menu.

Press the right or left arrow to highlight the gear icon, then press OK.

Press the up or down arrows to highlight Preferences, then press OK.

Press the up or down arrows to highlight Notifications, then press OK.

Note: All Notifications must be on for each of the notification types to work.
