Using the Mobile App for Your Cox Homelife Door Locks

Follow the steps below to view the current status of each lock, and remotely lock and unlock them.

Sign in to the Cox Homelife mobile app.

On the Overview screen, tap the Door Locks tile to view the status of your locks.

From the Door Lock screen, tap the Lock icon to lock or unlock each door individually.

From the Door Locks screen, tap LOCK ALL or UNLOCK ALL to lock or unlock all connected doors at the same time.
