Using the Mobile App for Automation Door Locks

Solution

Follow the steps below to view the current status of each lock, and remotely lock and unlock them.

On the My Home screen, tap the Door Locks tile to view the status of your locks.

On the Door Locks screen, complete the following steps.

  1. Tap the Door Lock tile to lock or unlock each door individually.

  2. If you have multiple door locks connected to your system, a LOCK ALL and UNLOCK ALL option displays. Tap LOCK ALL or UNLOCK ALL to lock / unlock all connected doors at the same time.
