Using the Max Setting Options

Use the steps below to access the options menu for the Max app.

In the left-hand pop-up menu on your screen, locate and select the icon for Settings.

Choose an option from the displayed list. Refer to the table below for a description of each item.

Option	Description
My Profile	Displays current profile and allows switch to different profiles.
Account	Provides details of your account. Displays billing information.
Parental Controls	Allows PIN change for parental controls and ratings for different profiles. Note: This PIN is not related to your Cox PIN set up with your Contour receiver.
Help	Refers you to the help.max.com website
Do Not Sell My Personal Information	Provides information on data sharing and how to control your personal information
Privacy & Terms	Provides the following links: Privacy Center Ad Choices Privacy Policy Terms of Use
Info	Provides the device information and version
Sign Out	Signs you out of the current profile for Contour.
