Using the Disney+ App

The Disney+ app is a streaming service that provides endless entertainment from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and National Geographic. Disney+ includes new releases of exclusive and original content as well as favorite movies, series, and shorts.

• Use the voice command feature of your remote to quickly search for content.
• The Disney+ app is a subscription-based service that is billed through Disney+ and does not display on your Cox bill.

The Disney+ app is not available on the Samsung XG2V2 Contour box only, however, all other Contour boxes are compatible.

Requirements

To access the Disney+ app through Cox, you must meet the following requirements.

• Subscription to Disney+
• Subscribe to any level of Cox Internet service
• Contour or Contour Stream Player service

Note: Customers do not have to have a subscription to Cox to have the Disney+ app when used on a smartphone, PC, or tablet.
