Using the Contour Weather In-Guide App

Use the following steps to access the Weather app from your Contour receiver.
 
Note: The app displays weather information for your major local area.

Press the CONTOUR button on the Cox remote, to access the Main Menu.

Use the arrows to highlight Apps, then press OK.

Use the arrows to highlight Weather, then press OK.



Result: The in-guide Weather app main screen displays showing your current forecast.

Use the table below to change your options and views for the in-guide Weather app.
 

Option	Action
View your extended forecast	Use the arrows to highlight Extended forecast, and then press OK.
Add an additional location	Use the arrows to highlight Add Location, and then press OK. Use the left and right arrow buttons to highlight each letter, pressing OK to select each letter. When the desired location displays in the search results, use the down arrow to highlight it, then press OK.
Delete an additional location	Use the right arrow to highlight View my locations. Use the down arrow to highlight the location to delete. Press the right arrow to highlight the X symbol, then press OK.
View the forecast for an additional location	Use the right arrow to highlight View my locations. Use the down arrow to highlight the location, then press OK.

Press Last to return to the Apps menu, or press Exit to return to TV viewing.
