Under the Settings menu, you can access Voice Mail and all its features, and turn on and off features such as Call Forwarding, Caller ID Block, Call Waiting, and Do Not Disturb.
Voice Mail Settings
When Voice Mail is turned on, you have options to update the Voice Mail Pin, turn on or off Readable Voice Mail, and edit email addresses for Voice Mail Notifications.
Voice Mail - PIN
As mentioned above, when Voice Mail is turned on, you have the option to change your PIN. If you click the Change PIN link, you can Enter a New PIN, then Confirm New PIN and Save.
Readable Voice Mail
When Readable Voice Mail is turned on, you can read a transcript of your voice mail and you are consenting to the Readable Voice Mail User Policy. Once you have turned on this option and received a transcribed text message of your voice mail, you will have the option to rate the transcript.
Readable Voice Mail must be turned on to use Voice Mail Notifications.
Voice Mail Notification
When you turn on Voice Mail Notification, you can receive an email of your voice mail as an audio message, text transcript, or both. You can add up to five email addresses.
Readable Voice Mail must be turned on to use Voice Mail Notification.
Call Forwarding allows you to send calls to another number by entering a specific number, or by selecting from your Address Book. Additionally, you can send selected calls to a number or send selected calls to voice mail.
This feature is based on subscriptions associated with the account and are not available with Cox Connect. Additionally, this feature cannot be used if Voice Mail or Do Not Disturb is turned on.
Call Forwarding Options
The table below outlines the available call forwarding options and how calls will be routed according to each type.

Caller ID Block
The Caller ID Block feature allows you to block your number from being seen on outbound calls. The person receiving your call will see “Unavailable” on the Caller ID instead of seeing your information.
When Call Waiting is turned on, you can switch between two simultaneous calls.
This feature is based on subscriptions associated with the account and are not available with Cox Connect.
Do Not Disturb
The Do Not Disturb feature allows you to send incoming calls directly to your voice mail.
Note: When the feature is turned on, you may hear a brief ring prior to the call rolling over to voicemail.
Voice Mail must be turned on to use the Do Not Disturb feature.
