Updating Communication Preferences Online

Follow the steps below to update your phone numbers and /or email addresses associated with your account online.

In the Contact preferences section, click Communication preferences.
 

From the Account contacts page, update the following information as appropriate and then click Save changes.

• In the Primary email field, enter the desired primary email address.
• In the Phone #1 field, enter the desired primary phone number.
• In the Phone #2 field, enter the desired secondary optional phone number.

Notes:

• The Primary email field and Phone #1 field are required.
• If a phone number entered is a mobile number, click the drop-down menu on the right of the field and then select Mobile.
• To add a third phone number, click Add an additional phone number.
• To add an additional email address, click Add an additional alternate email.
