Unlocking Channels Using Contour Parental Controls

To begin unlocking channels, complete the following steps.

Press the GUIDE button on your remote control.

Press the arrow button to highlight the channel you are unlocking.

Press the left arrow button once to highlight the logo and the channel number of the channel you are unlocking, then press OK.

Use the arrow buttons to highlight Unlock, then press OK.

A message will require you to enter the four-digit Parental Control PIN before you can continue.

Result: The channel is unlocked.
