Unenrolling From Multifactor Authentication in My Account

Solution

Complete the steps below to unenroll from multifactor authentication on your My Account profile.

From the Cox.com homepage, click Sign In My Account.

Enter your User ID and Password.
 

Note: If you do not remember your User ID or Password, or experience an issue signing in, see Recover Your Cox User ID or Reset Your Cox Password.

From the My Account page, click the arrow on the Account section.

From the My Profile page, under Password & Security, click Multifactor authentication.

From the Multifactor authentication window, click Unenroll.

The Unenroll confirmation pop-up window displays. Click Submit to unenroll.

Result: The Multifactor authentication window now shows Status: OFF.
