Unable to Select a Payment Date


Refer to the following table to determine the most common reasons that you are unable to select a payment date.

Reason Explanation
Account permissions

Only the account holder can future-date a payment. Authorized users cannot future-date a payment, but they can make an immediate payment.

Past-due balance

If your current bill is past due, the system does not allow future-dated payments. You can select the immediate payment option.

Calendar date The system allows a maximum of 30 days from the bill date to schedule a payment.
