Reason | Explanation |
---|---|
Account permissions | Only the account holder can future date a payment. Authorized users cannot future date a payment, but they can make an immediate payment. |
Past-due balance | If your current bill is past due, the system does not allow future-dated payments. You can select the immediate payment option. |
Calendar date | The system allows a maximum of 30 days from the bill date to schedule a payment. |
