Complete the following to resolve common app launch issues.
- On the Cox remote, press CONTOUR.
- From the Contour Menu, select TV.
- Select any TV show from any network included with your services.
- If the TV show plays without any issue, refer to Resetting Netflix.
- If the TV show doesn't play, unplug your Contour receivers for 30 seconds.
- Once your Contour receiver has restarted, attempt to access On Demand.
- If the selected video plays, then attempt to access Netflix.
- If the selected show will not play, Contact Us.
