Unable to Load Netflix on Contour


Complete the following to resolve common app launch issues.

  1. On the Cox remote, press CONTOUR.
  2. From the Contour Menu, select TV.
  3. Select any TV show from any network included with your services.
    • If the TV show plays without any issue, refer to Resetting Netflix.
    • If the TV show doesn't play, unplug your Contour receivers for 30 seconds.
  4. Once your Contour receiver has restarted, attempt to access On Demand.
    • If the selected video plays, then attempt to access Netflix.
    • If the selected show will not play, Contact Us.
