Troubleshooting Works With Devices

Solution

Follow these steps to troubleshoot issues with Works With (WW) devices.

In the Cox Panoramic Wifi App, check the devices list in the Connect tab to make sure the device is connected to your home network.

Confirm you can control the device from the manufacturer’s app.

  • If yes, then continue to the next step.
  • If no, then reach out to the device’s manufacturer.

Close and relaunch the Cox Panoramic Wifi App, and then try controlling the device again.

  • If you can control the device, then no further action is needed. All steps complete.
  • If you can't control the device, then continue to the next step.

Try unlinking and relinking the device.
