In the Cox Panoramic Wifi App, check the devices list in the Connect tab to make sure the device is connected to your home network.
Confirm you can control the device from the manufacturer’s app.
Close and relaunch the Cox Panoramic Wifi App, and then try controlling the device again.
Try unlinking and relinking the device.
